As an accredited functional health coach, Pilates instructor, and personal trainer, Jodi Montlake has over twenty years of experience in the health and wellness industry. Specialising in weight loss, inflammatory issues, and diabetes treatment, she has successfully worked with thousands of people, the world over, helping them to treat and manage their health and weight concerns through personalised, holistic coaching.
