Work With Me

When it comes to making sustainable lifestyle changes, consistency and support is key. And that’s why I work with clients through private coaching. You are guaranteed personalised and private advice and support alongside daily (Monday to Saturday) communication from me. 


How It Works

  • Following your free 30-minute consultation, you’ll receive a detailed health questionnaire to help me better understand your goals, health history and any concerns around weight management, menopause, hormone balance and overall wellbeing.

  • You then choose private health coaching (either a more intensive or lighter-touch programme, depending on what’s most appropriate for you). I ask for a minimum commitment of 12 weeks, as from experience this is the right amount of time to create lasting change.

  • You’re then added to my waitlist, and I aim to start with all clients within a matter of weeks.

  • Your programme begins with a 45-minute consultation with me, where we explore your health history, goals and concerns, and introduce my coaching app.

  • If you opt for private intensive coaching, we’ll meet (usually online) for up to 45 minutes per week to review progress and set goals. I’ll also support you daily (except Sunday) via the app.

  • If you join a lighter-touch programme, you’ll start with a 45-minute session in week one, followed by monthly sessions thereafter. You’ll receive a personalised health coaching plan alongside ongoing support and guidance.

  • You’re also invited to the community area for daily tips and support, where your identity remains private and you do not need to share anything.

Private Health Coaching?

I’m often asked which is better: Private Intensive or Private Lighter Coaching. The answer is neither — it depends on what works best for you. Some people prefer to start with more support, whilst others benefit from a lighter approach. In some cases, your health needs may make one option more suitable than the other. Either way, you’ll receive dedicated support, guidance and accountability from me throughout your health coaching programme.

In a world of conflicting information and misinformation about health and wellness, I understand the confusion that many people feel, and that’s why I’m committed to sharing my knowledge to empower people with a better understanding of their own health. 

I am passionate about bringing knowledge and expertise to all adults, whatever their condition or needs, in workplaces, charities and community organisations.  

As an accredited member of the Health Coaching Association, the leading body for health coaches in the UK, and the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, and with qualifications from the Pilates Foundation, College of Naturopathic Medicine, and the YMCA, I am well placed to deliver informed, relevant, and accessible talks on subjects including managing weight, gut issues, reversing insulin resistance, managing menopause and perimenopause, and ageing well.
